It's Time We Unite

Whenever I post anything written against the tyrant regime in Libya, somehow, I presume I have created or inadvertently evoked some dilemma relevant to my appearance here on this site that should be clarified before I begin. Let me be blatant and simple. I refuse to sign a loyalty oath to anyone beside my creator and my family none. All threats aside from the falling Libyan regime, coxed imbeciles, and their hired mercenary I will never give up uttering the facts about Qaddafi and the tyranny in Libya nor will I cave in to the pressure of politically correct agents who have tried and failed trying to rehabilitate a tyrant and his ilk. I’m grateful to this United stated of America for affording me the opportunity to speak freely and live a life devoid of any fear; to it I assure it my loyalty as citizen, to Libya I will do my best to defend where I can by all means, notwithstanding the physical but with financial assistance to those who can carry the work necessary to salvage Libya to its real citizen and to become a country all of us will be proud to call our home, instead of the old country.

I gather from various newspapers and I hear from people who are in Libya saying the country is in dire of salvation from the menacing regime, and the implications are a revolution is a must to overthrow this reign of terror. You can’t help it but wonder how this can be done when all of the armed forces are loyal to Qaddafi! We can summon the young, the mothers, grandfathers and the willing soldiers to stand up for what is right and defend. We need to urge all of our friends and their communities to hold nightly vigils; we need to start a movement neighbor by neighbor, street by street and town by town. Only then we can enlist and sway the sideliners to join our cause and rid Libya of this madman once and for all.

I never have had any interest in overthrowing any government, nor did I believe in revolution because I read what damage they have done. Then I dug deeper into the American and French revolutions and I discovered people who led these revolutions were of decent and they one goal and that is to be free of the realms of slavery through taxes and servitude, people fought for their human rights, people died in order their families and others might forever live free. People put their religious aside and fought side by side in order to gain their freedom, people gave it all in order to let their offspring (children and their children) live in harmony. There are many times when I felt the threats and saw what it did to my family , and I thought I ought to stop, but then I hear of friends and family who are marginalized by the regime and many are behind the bar of the criminal regime in Libya for no crimes committed. They spoke their minds, and few were caught in the net of bet neighbor against another. I’m told even brothers won’t trust each other! That’s the products of criminal revolution like Qaddafi; these are the byproducts of reign of terror.

I have been asked to keep it to myself, and be quit. I will never stop until I see Libya free again.

Raymond
