To All Libyan Expatriates
Are we in need of a Libyan migratory competence scheme?
The national obligation is to grant suitable chances for Libyan competence
abroad for several reasons namely the national factor which represent a
very important motif as well as knowledge and perception of habits,
traditions and education of the Islamic religion and beliefs as the
Libyans are part of it as they desire to develop their home country to be
similar to the advanced countries of immigration with the distinguished
My point of view is that we can benefit from such valuable assets
according the following visions :
- To preserve them.
- To provide care and decent living.
- To benefit from their capabilities.
This can be achieved through the following procedures :
1- To polarize the interested professionals to work in Libya permanently
and to guarantee for them a decent living which should not be less than
their same standards in order to achieve maximum benefit from them and
simultaneously they will benefit.
2- To polarize the interested professionals to work in Libya temporarily
as consultant or advisers for the Libyan public and private companies and
the Consultancy corporations or to grant them an opportunity to organize
their consultancy corporations to deal with the state through contracts
similar to the other international consultancy advisory offices and they
can be financially supported and given priority in order to compete with
the international companies.
I kindly invite respectfully the National Economic Development Board (
NEDB )to give this issue a paramount importance.
