Dear Rafeal Lozun,Thank you for your letter to the Libyan people. I do beleive you are Libyan like all other Libyan people and you have the right to write to the Libyan people. Also you have the right to visit Libya with your mother and also the right to live in Libya like any other Libyan and the right to have Libyan passport and house, busness..etc. Also we should as Libyans apologize to all Libyan Jews about what happened to them. About asking for companstion; this is legal matter they should apply to the cout for companstion and bring their paper work and if they have any building or land they can ask for it according to the law. Asking for Libyan right to carry responsibility which include to go with the majority of Libyan people opinion and decision like if Libyan people decided to prevent travel to Isreal until Isreal withdraw from all occupoied lands you should not travel to Isreal or give money to any Isreali citizen. If you agree with this decision you are most welcome to Libya as a brother.
