|Only The Truth|
Dear Dr Ibrahim
Regarding to what was written about Dr Mohamed El-Attug (Libyan cultural attache Canada) is not true at all. I will only consider his scientific background. Mohamed was my undergraduate student in school of pharmacy in Libya and he was one of the best students in his class (very active, very intelligent). He has done his M.Phil in the school of pharmacy, Manchester university, which was a 5* grade (http://www.man.ac.uk/research/rae2001/table.html)
The school of pharmacy now is one of the best schools in the world (RAE classification, *6)(http://www.rae.ac.uk/default.htm).
Mohamed has had many publications in his M.Phil. like Synthetic inhibitors of the processing of pretransfer RNA by the ribonuclease P ribozyme: Enzyme inhibitors which act by binding to substrate, Hori Y, Bichenkova EV, Wilton AN, El-Attug MN, Sadat-Ebrahimi S, Tanaka T, Kikuchi Y, Araki M, Sugiura Y, Douglas KT.
BIOCHEMISTRY, 40 (3): 603-608. JAN 23, 2001
Mohamed worked in a very good hot area that deals with oligonucleotides (a new science).
What I have said only regarding his scientific achievements and that is the truth with facts not only talking.
Former Teacher of Mohamed El-Attug
