Who Is Responsible For The Suffering In Libya Since 1969?

Dear Dr Ibrahim,

Thank You for this page that brought a lot of hope to me and to many Libyans to see the difference in all of us.

I would like to mention something to Libyan people to think about which is been in my mind for a while, I am not sure about but its just a thought.

During the 70's and 80's and the beginning of the 90's Libya was under siege by the revolutionary cells or (Elijan Elthoriah) and Abdul Salam Jaloud was the head of the Lijan Elthoriah and most of the lijan elthoriah were from Jaloud 's Tripe. Jaloud took advanage of the situation in early 70's and got most of his tripe into the Libyan government some in the ministry of defense and some in Elijan elthoriah and some in the police to get him self stronger to take over Libya, Kadaffi realize that later on in the 80's and started getting his people in powerful positions to protect him self and the government from Jeloud's tripe's invasion of the big cities in Libya.

Everybody knows that especially Tripoli was invaded by (Elmgarha) Jeloud's tribe in the 70's and 80's where they took over most of the nice areas in Tripoli and I am sure most of the big cities in Libya as well, they also terrorize and jailed and killed a lot of people to scare everybody.

We all know Jeloud was the most Communist man in Libya and the number one man in Libya for the soviet union back then.

I am just wondering! why since Jeloud left the power Libya became more open and a better country for Libyans and not so good for his tribe? Was Jeloud running the country behind the doors or the result of power struggle in Libya between the two tribes made Libyan people suffer.

Its just a thought but you never know what goes on behind the walls.

Thank You

Elsaber Mahmoud
