The So Called Libyan Expert "Hanan Zeghbia"

Some people just make you wonder to what extremes they could go to climb up, even using their own flesh and blood. I was flabbergasted by this so called Libyan expert's claims that Libya was party to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women [News And Views - April 12, 2003]

Well, I think that the dictatorship in Libya did eliminate a lot of men and women with all forms of criminal ways.

Now, let us discuss who is this Libyan expert. I do know her personally, and last time I visited Libya, one of the shocking stories I heard from a very trusted source is the following:

Nizar Khaled Zeghbia [Hanan's brother] was one of the young men in Libya who were killed in the last political prisoners shooting incidents. He was imprisoned with no trial, and with no particular reasons. At the end of last year 2002, two prison policemen came to tell the family that their son was dead, and if they want to bury him. That when so called Libyan expert "Hanan" decided that "No, thank you.. we donít want him, you bury him," i.e. without even asking the permission of his parents. She decided that she doesn't want anything to do with her own flesh and blood.

Now, let us look at the reason she gave to cover up her shameful conduct, she said that she is afraid that will kill her parents who are waiting for their son to come home. If that was the reason, at least take him and pray on his soul, and bury him decently.

But, let us face it, being in a climbing position, and looking forward to be an ambassador one day, she wouldn't like to be accepting condolences for a brother who was a political prisoner.

Well, she shouldn't use her father's name then, because he was a political prisoner, and her uncles too.

And by the way, I would like to say here that the Zeghbia is a well known Benghazi family, and she is a shame on them.
