Dear Mr Buisier,

We (as ordinary Libyans living in the exile) have received your invitation, and please kindly clarify the following, so the picture would be much clear to the Libyans as groups and individuals:

1- Whether representives from the Libyan regime would be attending.

2- Whether Libyans (whom are going in and out from Libya would attend the meeting) AS WE ALL KNOW THAT THESE INDIVIDUALS REPORTING IN TO MR Abdallah El Sanouusi or to any of the securities offices each time they go back to Libya.

3- Please state clearly the AGENDA of the meeting or at least the GOALS it is going to achieve as we (Nationalist / Islamic / Oppositions) WOULD NOT COMPROMISE FOR NO LESS THAN THE REMOVAL AND OVERTHROW OF THE LIBYAN REGIME.

4- Mr Mohammed Buisier went suddenly back to Libya without consultations with his party's members, came back empty handed. After consultations with the Libyan regime (Ahmad Gaddaf El Dam), he (Mr Buisier) prepared a LAW SUIT against the State of Israel for the bombing of the Libyan civil airliner in 1973, waited a long time again and came empty handed, specially after the Libyan representatives in Egypt at that time (Yousef Shakeer, Mr Naama, and indeed Ahmad Gaddaf Eldam) played a low profile towards the case. He left Egypt to the USA, met with Mr ABU ZAYED DORDA in NEW YORK several times (some times on a one to one bases).

After all these activities We as Libyans will accept his TOBA and coming back to where he should be with the real struggling power that will not compromise for less than the OVERTHROW of the Libyan regime.

Please clarify all points mentioned or that would be enough to make the meeting.
